Newly Renovated
The Chalet underwent a complete renovation in 2008 and now our grounds are simply beautiful. When it gets dark the arbors, trees, gazebos and pergolas light up along the brook and all around the Chalet's private grounds. You can enjoy your favorite beverage from the full service bar and have a drink under the stars on our outside deck surrounded by stately pines. Our lattice-enclosed courtyard is perfect for mingling or just to visit with family members and smell the roses. Parking is not a problem with over three acres around the building.
The White Mountain Chalet's is fully air conditioned for summer comfort. There is a large, working fireplace for winter warmth and ambiance. The warm crackling blaze will create the perfect spot for your cocktail hour as you mingle and enjoy our homemade hors d'oeuvres. A new private bridal suite was also recently added.
Affordable Menu
The menu at The Chalet offers you a wide range of buffets or served sit-down meals. All meals are served on our fine china with our flatware with head table service in gold. All tables are set with fine linens with a choice of colors. There is no charge for table settings, flatware, and china, and there are no corking charges or cake cutting fees at the Chalet. Professional Staff
Our full-time kitchen staff is under the direction of Executive Chef Lloyd B. Murray Jr. who is a graduate of the Cordon Bleu program at Johnson and Wales in Providence, Rhode Island, considered by many to be the finest food service training institution in the country. Lloyd's 39 years of experience from 12 years at the University of New Hampshire to the Eagle Mountain House, an exquisite hotel in Jackson, New Hampshire, will guarantee the excellence of your cuisine. When you host your event at the Chalet, you also receive the benefits of working with our full-time wedding coordinator. Shelly Beaudette is on staff and ready to help you with your wedding planning and event needs, from beginning to end.
