Let begin by saying this was a very special day for not only the bride and groom but also for our families. From the first conversation to the very day of the wedding it was so easy to work with Chef Lloyd; he was always available, easy to work with and made us all feel like our event was the most important event of the year. The food was fresh, delicious and enjoyed by all who attended. I highly recommend Chef Lloyd and his staff for any event that you are looking to host. It was the best decision we could have made not only for it's beautiful setting but delicious menu and quite reasonable! Thank you so much Chef Lloyd for such a grand day that my daughter, Danielle and her husband, Ben Nawfel will cherish forever!

We used Chalet Caterers for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception at Mohawk Falls. For rehearsal we chose one of the cookout options and for the reception we did one of the buffet options. The food was delicious and all of our guests were raving about it!! I highly recommend them!

We had an offsite wedding in Maine that we used Chef Lloyd and his team to caterer. I introduced myself to chef shortly after he arrived and his personality and hospitality was amazing. He took care of setup and service without any issues even though we were at a campsite with no electricity or running water. And then there was the food...amazing. The shrimp skewers were some of the best I've ever had. Chef used sugar cane skewers which added a hint of sweetness to each bite. The filet was cooked and seasoned perfectly as well. All the sides from the salad to the coleslaw were fantastic. Chef thanked my wife and I and had everything cleaned up within minutes. He even left us all the uneaten food on a table. He helped make a terrific day even better. If you ever need food for an event definitely call Chef Lloyd. Amazing job.
